Blain Moncrief, General Manager Angela Koegler, Coordinator/ Assistant Manager On January 9-10, 2010 - Kali Kate Event Pavilion participated in the Austin Wedding Guide Bridal Extravaganza where we visited with almost 700 future brides. We have currently booked 6 dates since that show and are still working on more proposals! On January 24th we held an Open House in conjunction with the Buda Events Group which includes Kali Kate Event Pavilion, Ruby Ranch Lodge & Celebrations, San Michele and Creekside. Everyone had a good turnout for their respective Open Houses. Kali Kate had over one hundred guest come by to visit the facility. Kali Kate Event Pavilion had some wonderful vendors contribute their services for the day . . . • Exqusite Cuisine provided fantastic samples of their delicious appetizers and meals. • Air Wave Dave offered a sampling of his DJ services • 2 Tarts brought out some delicious sweets for the guests to enjoy • Austin Photo Booth let folks take fun photos of themselves in their old style photo booth which is a great way to create a memorable Registry on the day of your event. • Premier Party Rental loaned us Ceremony Chairs so potential brides and grooms could see what the various Ceremony Sites would look like on their Special Day • Petal Pushers provided centerpeices that really made Kali Kate pop. • Pastor Justine Martone visited with guests about her services as an Officiant for their Ceremony. Everyone contributed to a fun and successful Open House and Blain and Angela spent the whole next week working on Proposals for all of the guests who requested them. We hope do do another Open House with Buda Events Group in March or June. February 21, 2010, Kali Kate Event Pavilion will be participating in the first ever Wedding Expo at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas hosted by Wedding Day.
